About the Author:

Eckhart Tolle is an author, public speaker and a spiritual teacher who is a German-born resident of Canada. The author has revealed that he was depressed for much of his life until age 29 when he underwent an “inner transformation”. He then spent several years wandering “in a state of deep bliss” before becoming a spiritual teacher. After that, he wrote his first book “The Power of Now” which reached the New York Times Bestseller in the year 2000.

About the Book:

A book which is like a one-stop solution to all the problems in your life. May it be your professional, personal or academic life, this book takes you to the depth of yourself and helps you eliminate the constraints of your life from its roots. The immense power of being in the present is explained very well with the focus on many ancillary topics relating to spirituality. It also explains the idea of disidentification which helps you to rise above everything and how cutting off those strings will free you from pain and suffering has been explained very well. This whole process will push you deeper in “now”. Also, it throws light on the aspect of how one avoids being in the present by staying attached to negativity and self-created suffering. Not only does it focus on well-being, but also how this well being can benefit relationships. It taps into the areas of Chi, Silence, Space & Time, Death and surrender. The author goes beyond happiness and unhappiness to show peace by means of surrendering. The best thing about the book is that everything is in the form of question and answers and the answers where the answers are backed by proper logic and understanding. All I could say is that THE POWER OF NOW is the key to enlightenment.

MAY GOD BLESS YOU!
