Tathastu – ‘As you wish’ – 2

“You are the only person who is going to be with you for the rest of your life, please talk nicely to yourself”

The second most important factor that needs to be considered in order to make the best out of the blessing of ‘Tathastu’ is as follows:-

2. THE RADIO THAT GOES ON IN YOUR HEAD

Close your eyes and listen to that voice going on in your head, just for a minute.

What did you hear?

Please don’t say nothing was going on. That’s almost impossible.

What so ever thing that you heard, was your ‘self-talk’. The way you talk to yourself decides how you are going to feel throughout the day.

Imagine a person who came by and told you that you are not looking good today. Then the person left. Now the voice inside your head starts pissing you off. It does that until you feel so guilty that you either go home and re-dress or just spend the rest of the day hiding in the corners of every place you visit.

Each and every person who praises you or condemns you is going to stay with you only for a few moments. However, the voice inside your head is going to accompany throughout.
So it is important to observe what the voice inside of our head is saying and not what the voices on the outside are speaking.

What if we train that voice to talk nicely and always help us see the best in ourselves as well as others? Wouldn’t it be great to have a positive voice coming from inside? Just like the questions are answered by the universe. The ‘Tathastu’ also applies to the self-talk that is carried out in our head.

So if the voice in the mind always keeps on saying, “You can’t do this” or “You are not capable to do this” or “You have always lost till date, why do you think you will succeed now?” then that is what will ACTUALLY happen. Remember,

“Tathastu is always working on whatever you deeply believe!”

WHAT TO DO THEN?

Instead of killing yourself and criticizing to the worst extent, you can motivate, encourage & inspire yourself to improve and be the best version of you. If you come across a mistake that you made or a failure that you encountered, then tell yourself, “It’s okay, you can do it! Keep trying and you will definitely improve on whatever you are doing”
