4 Powerful practices for conscious living!


Hello dear readers! Wanted to share something on which I have been working on since a year. Now, I am ready to share it with you through this impactful course. Here’s how it goes……

Where do our actions come from?

On being influenced by variety of factors around us, most of the times our actions stem from fear, anxiety, jealousy, comparison and the urge to reach at a certain point. What do you think will be the result of this kind of actions? Will they make you more joyful or miserable?

That’s the reason, it is very important to understand that the actions that we take should stem from a certain level of awareness and presence. Such actions might not always yield an outcome that you thought about, but will definitely keep you at peace.

This thought led to me to come up with a few practices that are very simple, yet very powerful. So, I practiced them first in my life and now I bring it to you through this course.

What will you learn from the course?

This course comprises of 4 such practices which will take you deeper in your level of awareness and help you in –

  • Better decision making
  • Reducing anxiety & the feeling of helplessness
  • Deepening the relation with yourself
  • Improving your self-talk
  • Making you more confident in facing any kind of situations

How long will it be?

  • This course will comprise of 4-Sundays i.e. one whole month.
  • Each Sunday we will be introducing ourselves to a practice through a 1hr 30 minutes session and get to know about it. (Morning 8:00 to 9:30)
  • The rest of the week will be spent practicing what we learned on Sunday.
  • Every morning an activity related to the practice learnt will be shared for the rest of the week through a Whatsapp group to be implemented.
  • Every night, a follow up message will have to be shared in the group with respect to the experience of the practice.
  • Each batch will comprise of only 5 people as we wish to go deeper in every aspect with the practices.

Note – This is not that 2-3 hours session where you will listen and forget. The duration has been kept longer in order to actually help individuals build conscious habits. Join, if and only if you feel ready and dedicated to commit for the whole month.

When does the batch start?

The 1st group will be formed for the month of July, 2021 starting from 4th July, 2021.

What will be the energy exchange?

The energy exchange will be Rs. 1500/- to be paid at the beginning of the course. However, in any case you are unable to, we can always find a way out, do talk to me. By no means should your growth be restricted.
